• Patrons are required to abide by social distancing guidelines for Orange County, CA.

• Patrons are required to watch the entire performance from their vehicle.

• Patrons are required to abide by restroom procedures provided by staff. 

 

• Patrons arriving in OVERSIZED vehicles (as defined in our Oversized Vehicle page) must purchase tickets in sections OVERSIZED VEHICLE PREMIUM or OVERSIZED VEHICLE BACK ROW. Oversized vehicles will not be placed in GA positions. Patrons are encouraged to experience the concert in Sedan vehicles.

 

• Late arrivals may not be admitted and there will be no refunds. 

 

• Please do not leave your food & beverage trash outside your vehicle as that will pose a health risk to staff. There will not be trash services onsite.

 

• Vehicle spaces are designed to conform with social distancing measures and are divided by 20’ driving aisles for emergency departures.

• Patrons are required to follow directions provided by staff, which may include; db volume of the broadcast from your vehicle, requirement for the use of mask, restroom procedures, patrons leaving their vehicle and any other security issue that staff feels compelled to address with our patrons.

• Please refrain from drinking and driving!

• Please respect those around you with regard to the volume of your stereo.

• This is a non smoking event and property.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relations to Coronavirus/COVID-19 

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. RK Diversified Entertainment, INC (“RKDE”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, RKDE cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, purchasing a ticket could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, employees, volunteers and fellow participants. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation in attending the event.

 

By purchasing a ticket for these events, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless RK Diversified Entertainment, INC, Performers, their entities, individually and collectively, any employees of any associated  entities, sponsors, agents, and representatives, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of all entities listed above, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any RKDE assignment.
